2 1/2 Kg Jaggery
500 Gram Khoya
175 Gram Maida
5 Gram Cardamom Powder
1/2 tsp Cooking Soda
1 1/2 Litre Water
Make a dough of khoya, Maida, cardamom powder, cooking soda, and water, a small balls out of the prepared dough.
Heat oil in a Kadai, when it becomes hot start adding dumplings into it.
Fry the dumplings slowly till it turns golden brown.
Then make jaggery sugar syrup.
After the dough balls turn golden brown, remove it from the oil and put it in prepared syrup.
