Chicken: 500 grams (boneless)
All-purpose flour: 50 grams
Corn flour: 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder (Cumin): 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 2 tablespoons
Tomato sauce: 3 tablespoons
Garlic: 8-10 (fine)
Green Chilli: 4
Curry Leaf: 10-12
Lemon Joice: 2 teaspoons
Green Onion Leaf: 1/2 cup
Wash the chicken and take it in a bowl. Then add maida, maize flour, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, egg and a little salt to it and mix it well and stir it for 10 minutes. Cover and leave it. Fry the cashew nuts and chicken. When the chicken is fried, remove it on some tissue paper to remove extra oil.
In a pan add oil, when the oil is hot, add curry leaves, fine garlic and chili and roast it. Then add chili powder, tomato sauce and soy sauce and cook it. Then add some water to it and add chicken to it and mix it. Next add lemon juice, green onions and mix cashew nuts in it. Your chicken 65 is ready.
